Photograph from an album compiled by Major W H J Sale, MC, 3rd/4th County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters), World War Two, North Africa.

A member of 3rd County of London Yeomanry guides a Crusader tank from one transporter to another parked directly behind it. Tank transporters were used to pick up disabled vehicles or for moving tanks over long distances in order to prevent tracks and engines being worn out.
